This week marks the 15th anniversary of one of my favorite games of all time, Super Mario Sunshine!
To celebrate I made a set of prints of some of my favorite highlights from the game!
My favorite fight in the game, King Boo!!! I think Sunshine is the best he has ever looked, and that goes to all Boos!! They're like, drunk af enjoying their tropical vacation at the expense of everyone around them it's adorable. Sirena Beach is without a doubt my favorite World in the game, ironic given it contains almost no platforming or Mario-ish elements at all compared to all other Worlds, it's like a dungeon crawl most of the time. It also has Phantamanta I mean COME ON it doesn't get much better than those two.

I love all versions of King boo, and I have a soft spot for this one. something about the Dopey expression, the casino theme, it almost feels like he's a Carefree Brother to the King Boo from the Luigi Mansion games and I'd be willing to accept the two as separate characters if we can get Sunshine King Boo to appear in another Mario title.
