I've been a fan of Mario for as long as I can remember, so I know the history of the series pretty much inside and out. It's one of the greatest video game franchises of all time and is well deserving of it's spot as the highest grossing. No series has or ever will consistently put out as many masterpieces as the Mario series, each title GENERALLY (looking at you NSMB) is unique and creative and always brings a fantastic and fun adventure. Whether it be an 8 bit romp through the mushroom Kingdom, a round of Tennis or Kart Racing, a Paperesque adventure or even a fun round of Mario Party Mario has so many options for everyone. It's no surprise this pesky plumber has captured the hearts of everyone for thirty plus years.

I tried to cram in as many characters as I possibly could, once I reached halfway through this thing I actually started getting really sad because I knew I wasn't going to be able to fit in even half of my favorite Mario characters, I didn't even get to put in Petey Piranha he's my favorite Mario boss! An undertaking like this deserves more than regular sheetsize, perhaps one day I'll redo this on a piece of construction paper...
