I tried another thing with watercolors! This time I did a lineart first then colored over it, the resulting product is pretty I think but to be honest it doesn't really have that unique of a look and that's probably due to the lineart to begin with, I'll try another lineless thing next time I pull out the watercolors. And sorry for it being so dark, I literally cannot find a way to edit my scanned watercolor pieces to their original states, she's even worse because I just can't seem to get her pink skin to come up as anything but white from the scan or subsequent editing, so just taking a pic has to do..
Ya'll saw Cerina before in this pic!
Cerina's a teenage Seequine, and a bounty hunter, however she's very picky with the bounties she takes. Cerina refuses to kill; period, and only takes on bounties for those she deems truly despicable. She goes about her missions by adding on different weapons to suit her target, she's got a massive arsenal of gadgets that she can attach and detach anytime she desires, the suit she wears too is mostly detachable as she didn't graft it permanently to her nervous system like many Seequine with such advanced cybernetics. It should be noted that her Seeborg tech she wears is illegally attained.
Cerina has a noble heart and uses her bounty money entirely to charitable benefits as well as to fund her increasing arsenal which she uses to go on personal missions in Seeborg space to rescue as many captured Seequine as she can, to date she has rescued and de-assimilated more Seequine alone than any rescue team.
When she's off duty she's a party animal and lives like most people her age would, she doesn't think highly of herself even if she is something of a celebrity especially among her people, she's prone to clubbing and has a large circle of friends she spends lots of time with. Cerina's almost always happy and tries to not let her emotions get the best of her or negative ones show through so as not to bring others down.
